Mr Payne Mr payne was born at home on a farm in a rural area of East Anglia in 1934.
he was born with scoliosis of the spine which has left him with a hunched back, due to his weakened state he also contracted polio and was not expected to live,due to the polio and scoliosis his left leg and hip have become deformed and the growth to his left leg and foot has been severly stunted.
his left foot is only 51/2" long some 31/2" shorter than his right one.
his left leg is also 3" shorter than his right.
despite all of the odds he is still alive and has kindly allowed me to photgraph his feet and boots for you to view.
